So, who are we?

We are a mother & daughter crew - the dastardly duo, sisters from separate misters? (okay - that one is a little weird) but we're also best friends. I (Beckha) & my three younger (and taller) siblings grew up with my mum (Tracey) always experimenting in the kitchen, trying new spices and methods - bringing a different corner of the world into our kitchen each day using great local ingredients & that fostered a love of the same in me. Food brings a little magic to your day and can make you feel so many different things - it also brings folks together, and if that's not magic then I don't know what is!

 

Tracey

Tracey is a mother of four from east Clare. She has turned her hand to many things, but of most relevance she is former cook who now works in healthcare provision - she loves long walks on the beach (particularly beaches in Tuscany) and good food. She has been cooking pretty much her entire life and thoroughly enjoys good coffee & a nice creamy meal with a fresh, fruity white wine.
Tracey loves Gelato, but is not a fan of Ice-Cream.

 

Beckha

Beckha is the eldest of Traceys four children, she grew up in the kitchen (well, she had a bedroom and went to school too) and was always encouraged to experiment & turn her hand to anything. Beckha has been vegetarian for over 10 years and is gluten intolerant - so you will see a lot of gluten free & veggie recipes coming your way. Beckha works in e-commerce and loves all of the fuzzy creatures - especially rabbits and cats.
